I’m having trouble with the distillation. Do I have to work through the whole seminar until I get there? And can I repeat the individual topics several times?

The seminar has a menu navigation, so you can start with the topic that interests you most. You are free to choose the order. The individual chapters and technical terms are also linked with each other, so you will be redirected to further or descriptive pages.

But if you want to learn everything from scratch, start at the beginning and follow the menu.

The individual chapters are also linked to each other with the help of links, and at the end of each chapter there is a linked overview that leads to further topics.

You can repeat everything in the seminar as often as you like, and of course you can repeat every video.

Can I also use the seminar on my mobile phone? Once I have started it on my mobile phone, can I still switch to the PC? Which technical requirements are necessary?

You can access the seminar on any smartphone. Of course you can also switch between mobile phone and PC at any time. You can log in to the seminar from anywhere and at any time with your password.

Technical requirements: an Internet browser, Internet access

Is the seminar also suitable for beginners or do you need previous knowledge?

In the online seminar everything is explained from the scratch, no previous knowledge is required. There are many examples, exercises, pictures and videos to help you understand each step of the process. As an absolute beginner, you can, for example, read through the basics first. The other chapters in the lexicon are also suitable for beginners to build up a basic knowledge before you start with the practice.

Many terms are linked in the texts. So if you want to know more about a particular term or need an explanation, go to the linked page.

Can people with experience still learn something new?

Yes definitely!
• Schnapps distillation: for most traditional distillers, the subject of “spirit” and high-grade mash is completely new territory. And also the correct preparation of the mash – from pH-value to crushing and liquefaction – will help many professional distillers to improve their brandies.
• Essential oils: for almost all plants the correct preparation for distillation is explained and you will see how to make oil yourself from resins at home.
• Even as a professional you will get to know a completely new way of vinegar production: during the fermentation process of e.g. an apple vinegar, a unique, mild aroma can be created by adding raisins.

I do not have a credit card or PayPal or do not want to pay with it. Can I still book the seminar?

Yes of course, you can also pay the amount with a “normal” bank transfer, then we will activate you manually. Just let us know by email.

I transferred yesterday via Paypal for your online course. Question: Until when can I expect the online access data?

You do not need to wait for any access data, you will be activated immediately after payment. Go to the page of the online course where you have registered. If you are already logged in, you will see the button “Visit Course” at the beginning of the page. That is where you start the seminar.


If you are not logged in yet, please go under the picture for seminar registration and log in at “Already have access? Login with your account”.


Would you like to log out? You can do that on the bottom right of the page. The sign is very faint, only when touched with the mouse it becomes really visible.

I would like to book an online course, but I do not have an account with you yet. How can I register?

You do not need an account or similar with us. Anyone can register here.

Do I have to join InPlayer? What is that anyway?

You cannot join InPlayer, it is only our service that handles the payment process and access to the online products. Here you can also choose if you want to pay with PayPal or credit card.

Is the registration a subscription where I have to pay repeatedly in order to keep the access?

No, the online seminar is a one-time payment, you then have lifetime access.

The online course costs almost as much as the practical seminar. Isn’t that unfair?

The price of the online seminar is already fair, because the content goes far beyond the practical seminar. In more than 20 years of practice, research and experience, we have accumulated so much knowledge on all topics that we are not able to cover all topics and points in the time-limited practical seminar.

We therefore had to weigh up whether we should do a continuation seminar – a kind of seminar part 2 – or an online course. We decided on the online course, because here the participant simply has many more advantages:

• lifetime access
• if you have forgotten something, you can always reread the topic and watch the video
• for certain practical products you are seasonally dependent, not for the online course
• and most importantly: we can always add a new topic or new findings, possible corrections etc. to the seminar

Afterwards a popup window appears, in which you click on the yellow marked link. If you want to change the language, click on the language selection in the lower left corner of the window (also marked yellow):

And now enter your e-mail and click on “RESET”:


eBooks

Do the eBooks also exist in hardcover form?

With us – in contrast to many other eBooks – you can simply print out the whole book, then you have something in your hand.

Yes of course, you can also transfer the amount, then we will activate you manually. Just let us know by email.

Where do I have to register to buy the book?

Click on “Buy Now” on the corresponding book page.


I bought an eBook yesterday via Paypal. How do I get to the book now?

You do not need to wait for any access data, you will be activated immediately after payment. Go to the e-book page where you have registered. If you are already logged in, you will see the button “Open PDF” at the top of the page. There you can open the eBook and also download it.


If you are not yet logged in, go under the book purchase screen and log in at “Already have access? Login with your account”.


Would you like to log out? You can do that on the bottom right of the page. The icon is very faint, only when touched with the mouse it becomes really visible.


I do not need an InPlayer, I just want to buy the eBooks.

The InPlayer is only our service that handles the payment process and access to the online products. After payment, you can download, save, print, etc. independently of the InPlayer. Here you can also choose whether you want to pay with PayPal or credit card.

Do I always have to read the eBook in the browser with my PC, laptop or tablet?

No, you can download and also print the book.

Is the registration a subscription where I have to pay repeatedly in order to keep the access?

No, the eBooks are a one-time payment, you will have access for one year. You can also download the eBook as a PDF and print it out.

Do I have to log in again and again to read the eBook?

No, you can download and print the books.

Where do I have to register to buy the video?
